Can you open a support call with Sun? File an escalation against bug
6501834 and ask for the pre-release version of Sun Ray firmware to
workaround the keyboard issue. We need to track who gets the PR FW,
whether or not it worked, and for what keyboards (rev's of type 7)

Oops - my mistake, I got a bit confused - yes, they are type 7
keyboards.
