Hi Sean,
I had a similar problem. In my case it was caused by a bad network
connection between the DTU and the SunRay server.
After the network problem was fixed I never had this problem again.
There was a difference to the behavior your are seeing. I only had to
power cycle the DTU once. The other times the DTU recovered by itself.
