Sorry Bob - as mentioned in the previous post, yes these are Type 7
keyboards.

The were installed over the weekend and she started to get the problems
pretty much immediately Monday morning.

It's only a small installation, and yes - she is probably the fastest
typist.

Yes - I went onto her unit and experienced the problem for myself.
