Hi,
I wonder if anyone can shed some light on a problem I have or give some
info on how best to diagnose it. A user has reported an odd problem in that
whilst she is working on the Sun Ray the screen goes blank (just like the
Sun Ray went to sleep or the screensave kicked in).
No key presses seem to bring it out of that mode, and the unit needs to be
repowered - after which it carries on where it left off (picks the old
session up fine).
Has anyone seen this?
The system is Ubuntu Edgy with SRSS 3.1.1, I have had a similiar setup in my
office for several months now and not had any problems at all.
Any information or advice would be welcome.
