Tim, other than trying yet another video card, can you try one more thing.
It's grasping perhaps but, can you do the PRAM zap immediately after
restarting? Hold the PRAM zap keys down quickly before the chime would
normally sound. If you've been doing this already, and your first message
indicates you may have, then ignore this.

I'm hoping we can get Jeff W. to review this thread. Other than suspecting 2
bad video cards, I'm missing something that I fear might be obvious.

There's more to try, hang in there.
