I hear the ticking and a very soft whining every time I unplug my s900, since I got it new. I doubt it's a sign of a bad PS. Maybe we all should visit John's home and listen to his Umax before talking about replacements. Or he might send us a mp3 :) Okay, it might be a good idea to have a second PS around, to be on the safe side. But I would not replace the old one until I'm sure it's dead.
