While waiting for  "help" I was able to determine that  "SCSI Probe" 
didn't give me enough info
to correct my problem, I had forgotten about Adaptec's PowerDomain 
Controller, It does a better
job of illustrating the card 2930CU.  the 2 CD Drives and an Epson 
Perfection1200S scanner connected
externally, the problem that I'm having is I still can't boot from 
either drive, the Matshita or Yamaha
The card has a Jumper to terminate, but I don't know if I must also 
terminate both CD's as well, have
you had experience with this SCSI card? And as Alan suggested do I gain 
performance rather than
using MoBo SCSI? I've tried this and that I'm exhausted, HELP Thanks,
