TechTool could've crashed for other reasons than bad memory, but perhaps it
would be a good idea to test it with the latest version of Gauge Pro. I
realize it's just a another build of Ramometer, but it may be newer. You can
get it here...

The mobo soldered memory is EDO. Not sure of the specs otherwise, but
probably... 168-pin, 5 volt, 64-bit wide with 70ns.
Maybe Kennedy or Jeff can verify?
