There's "CD Spin Doctor", it's packaged with the full version of Toast, and
has a noise reduction feature. Another more robust solution is "Arboretum
Ray Gun" which can be used as a stand alone app, or as a plug-in for many
audio programs that support plug-ins, like Peak, Logic, ProTools, etc..
