I've been waiting to see what others have to say before replying.
I was going to say first check ram second check ram... .
Every increase in speed seems to find another defective ram chip for
me. Even the Jaguar upgrade lost me 3 ram chips .It is way fussy about
ram.
I have also found that the XLR8 Speed Control v. 2.5 runs better for me
then the 2.6.1 in OS 9.x later Will S
