Ubuntu is NOT going to release a .deb package for 8.04, since they don't do major version updates within a release version. I just compiled Seamonkey and created a .deb package. Everything seems to be working fine so far. I am also running Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) 64-bit.

I wonder if there is a way of sharing my .deb package with people that might want to try it.
