Immediately after signing on, you get an "update browser" screen that can't be bypassed - the only links are to download "modern" browsers.
Changing my user agent to "Firefox/40" for just the logon works fine; you can change back to the default UA string immediately after making it past that first screen with no problems I've seen. -JW
