about:config
add string:
general.useragent.override
enter sting value for win 7/64:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
exit SM & restart, go to help / seamonkey and see if it took.
You can set it to IE, MAC, Linux, whatever.  Google search.
Be aware that good sniffers will see through your UA.
Also, if you are not comfortable with about:config then use
mozbackup to ... backup:
