Yes, but the data you import will still be the scrambled data you exported.

Without a backup, it will be very tough to recover and reorganize 
your data. I think Carl's right, you will need some high-level help 
to sort this out, either on site or you can move the data to a cd or 
zip and send it to someone. Your area code says northern Minnesota. 
There's a user group in Minneapolis and at least one ebase wizard, 
Barry Madore.
