Jessica,

If you are using FileMaker Pro, this is one way to export data.  Using
FMP, open the database you're interested in (payments, notes, names,
etc.), and click on File, then Export.  Be sure to include all the
pertinent fields.

I encourage you to backup your data.  Recently, our ebase database
crashed.  I had a backup that was less than a week old.  I only had to
reenter about 100 payments.  It was very easy to get going again.
