Are we talking about using dile-up networking in windows 95? if your
user name and pass word isn't being saved you should be able to get an
upgrade so it will.
On the dile-up networking I have when you click on dile-up networking and
then your conection a dialog box pops up whith user name pass word and save
pass word check box, then the rest of what ever is there. I made a short
cut to the conection and placed it on the desktop. I can hit enter on it
and it'll bring up the dialer, if I go in to dial-up networking there is a
check box I can un check to suppress prompting for the conection, and
supposedly it'll conect when I hit enter.
Also there is a check that will keep the dialog box from coming up after
you conect.
When the dialer finishes and you close the conected dialog box, it puts an
icon on the task bar showing the conection.
I have internet explorer, netscape and outlook express. I haven't usedem
much, until I can stand the slow way it works whith a screen reader and
synthasiser.
Can't see my self doing so until I get used to the way it all works. Oh,
yah, it sure runs slow on a 486 50 MHZ computer.
Some thing else, how do I figure out what kind of real audio player I
have, well, that's next.
Thanks!
Pete
