Yep, speed problem all right...  I should know that unsigned
int delay loops won't be enough for a 300Mhz P5... :)  Now
how I could get the correct microseconds delay on such fast
PC? :(  Polling video sync perhaps?

I recalled vaguely that sbpup.exe was indeed intended to
initialize PnP cards, so it should be OK.  I'll check this
later...
