With MOSLOW, SDTEST runs no differently than without it:  it cannot
detect a sound card on my system.  Neither does Blaster Master detect a
Sound Blaster compatible card when I run it with MOSLOW. :(

And yes, you can definitely tell that MOSLOW is doing its job.

SBPUP.exe does not use either a *.CFG file or an *.INI file.
