Any chance of trying to upload Graphics Assistant somewhere? I'd like to
have a look at that, since I've got Writing Assistant and DisplayWrite
Assistant (sadly, the former has hit the installation limit, and bits of the
latter are corrupt).
The first Assistant Series (including Writing Assistant, which was v1 or 2 I
think) had copy-protected disks - the setup program (which was a series of
prompts which scrolled up the screen, no menus or anything) would let you
create one or two backup disk sets and install to the hard drive 5 times.
The second series (a couple of years after - I think DWA was 1986 or 88)
weren't copy protected that I can tell.
