Install either Steven's BasicLinux distro or Minix. You'll probably want
X and all that implies, so I'm not suggesting that you actually _use_
them, just _install_ them, then try puttting a few add-ons in, too. This
will give you a head start when installing the linux of your choice. Me,
if I were doing *nix, I'd stay with one of these.
Searching "minix" or "basiclinux" (no space) on Google will lead you to
a not-too-large download for either.
