You should be able to add the following lines to lilo.conf:
other = /dev/hda5
  label = DOS

and then have DOS listed in the lilo menu - this is how my machine does it,
with the added provision of a boot = /boot/any_d.b because I have OpenDOS on
my second hard drive.  You need to have installed DOS correctly before
that'll boot though - easiest way would be to boot with a DOS boot floppy,
find the partiton (C: I guess), and SYS it or FORMAT /S it.  Just a normal
DOS setup might work, but it might get confused by Windows.
