Bob-> I found the vi editor to be the biggest challenge :)
pippi-> No kidding. I was working with a friend to edit the
pippi-> inittab and it took 3 hours to get it right, partly
pippi-> because i'd get stuck trying to add a letter and it
pippi-> would delete another letter, insert it between instead
pippi-> of at the end, etc, and then i'd have trouble saving
pippi-> and quitting and Oh Brother.
Just say "no" to vi. It's not worth the effort.
There are plenty of other editors to choose from.
Most of them are *much* more user-friendly than vi.
Yeah, I know, all the Unix-pedants use vi, but who gives
a stuff. An editor is just a tool. Use the tool that
works best for you.
