Bob, Butch said that the infamous ALT CTRL W command to restart a silent WE, does not work, and that he had to do a Cold Boot of his system to regain Speech.
I too find I need to do a Cold Boot about half the time. There are enough people who are having issues that it should not be ignored, in hopes that those of us with these random failures will just go away.
