When I bought 9.1, I asked for the 9.1 on CD, but was told I had to download it, and install the update over my 9.0. There was no CD for 9.1 at the time.
Since 9.1 had just about all of the bugs I had found in the 9.X Beta versions, I decided to not buy 9.2 unless it showed some fixes. So far users of 9.2 seem to still have the same issues as 9.1 and 9.0. I have checked to see that all Set files are up to date. I have done everything A I Tech Support has asked, as well as the suggestions given here in this list. So far, the only improvement I have seen was after installing html 5 support into I.E. 11, and to start using the "Insert Tab" command to put titles and links into a list. Doing this has cut my crashes at least by half, if not more. However, I still get too many incidents where WE 9.1 goes silent when using Becky, MS Word 2010, and Gold Wave. Still have serious problem when on the Ebay Web site. Speech is very fragile, and WE becomes very sluggish. And I need to move around very slowly on the Web site. No rapid tapping of the up and down arrow keys.
