Hi Mark,

Please may I suggest something... why do not put an online window-eyes report
form so the users when they submit their window-eyes problems they do not
forget critical information such as their computer basic specifications. Also
I wish to add that if the same form will be available as Microsoft word
downloaded report form, so the user can fill it offline and then he/she can
send it by email attachment.

I think this could save a lot of work and extra efforts from both sides - the
users and the developers.

Thank you,

Michael Micallef

In response to Manny's last post, I believe that having one high quality bug
report is much more useful than having tens or hundreds of general reports that
lack important details we need to investigate further. So, before posting,
please take the time to gather all of the relevant details (i.e. OS version,
Window-Eyes version, exact steps to duplicate, etc.) and include them in your
report. Also, I want to reiterate that this list is not an official support
channel but instead serves as a forum for discussion. If you have an issue that
is technical in nature and can't find the help you need on the list, please
contact our support team.
Thanks,
Marc

Hi Brandon,
Thanks for your detailed post.
I am using Windows 7 and I have encountered all of WE9.3 problems that you
outlined.
I am writing this email in notepad because trying to move around in
Thunderbird would only give me a bing sound. When closing programs like
Firefox and Chrome, WE9.3 crashes and generates an error report, which I fill
out with as much detail as possible. One day in about 2 hours, I sent 4 error
reports.

I strongly suggested everyone encountering these problems to post so that the
magnitude of these problems will be revealed.
Many thanks,
Manny

Good Luck, Manny please help me reach a million clicks by forwarding my

Ctrl+alt+W to relaunch Window-eyes, which sometimes does, and sometimes
doesn't make any difference. I've tried uninstalling the TB Enhance app,
thinking that it might not have exactly kept pace with Mozilla's Thunderbird
development team, but doing so also unfortunately made no discernible
difference. I've had to re-launch Window-eyes literally no less than four times
while composing this message alone!
