Without regard to the (objective?) quality of his work, you convey that he is to blame because of his important implication to the project ? AFAIK he does not circumveit moderating processes, and not using "automated" tools. OSM is a do-o-cracy; blaming people (especially people investing a lot of time) for their implication is not the way to go.
