The list administration is not democratic, nor is it supposed to be.
Syafril and I maintain the lists physically while Curtis, Wolfgang and
I monitor it and attempt to keep the peace as well as participating.
Rules are the basis of all communities. The ground rules here are
*not* up for discussion *or* for debate. They have been drawn up very
carefully by the list moderators to ensure that this list does not
become an anarchy. They are clearly stated when you join the list in
the welcome message and will be upheld by reminders from one or other
(or more than one, as in this instance) of the moderators should these
rules be infringed.
They are not strict rules and shouldn't make anyone feel intimidated.
