Hello Marck, >> What a disgusting response !!! > > Let's get that response a bit clearer then.
I appreciate your efforts Marck, but Dierk's response was quite clear: "Now kids, daddy is here and daddy says you shouldn't worry about grown-ups' issues". Look, we may have used TB for more or less time, and we may be more or less proficient with it, but we are all grow-ups to decide what is of interest to us or not. If Dierk knows what the fixes are, he could just have briefly mention what they fix. > Some people directly report specific problems in specific areas of the > software directly to RITlabs. RITlabs issues a "fix" release to see if > it cures the problem. The fix release is targeted at the reporter of > the bug and at that person/company only I have reported a couple of bugs (or what I think are bugs) to RITLabs and I haven't had any kind of response. Maybe I didn't use the proper channel or form or write directly to the appropriate person. At least Geoff Lane ([EMAIL PROTECTED]">mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) got a reply saying that the bug he reported would be fixed some time. > This is not meant to imply a clique or anything like it. You mentioned the word "clique", I didn't. ;-) > It's not an ideal world but I'd see fixes than bugs, even if I don't > know what the fixes are or have never seen the bugs in the firstplace. No comment. :-) -- Best regards, Miguel A.
