I love indexing, so I'm really good at it. I wish there were jobs that
were *just* indexing! As Bill says, Frame makes it extremely easy -
Craig, I don't know if you use Frame but I taught myself indexing in
about five minutes. Setting up the index took a little longer, but I
have a nice template if you'd like to borrow it and customize it with
your own fonts.
