Yes and no. The size of the product shouldn't matter. Everything
should be and can be done to scale. I'm not saying that documentation
can't be useful in a sales situation, because some people may in fact
ask for it. But in large scale situations such as these, much of what
is delivered is custom. I'd be highly skeptical of buying an
enterprise-level system and being given a mass-produced manual as my
documentation.
