We just went through a major release beta cycle where about six
clients were involved. We're also in the enterprise quarter-million+
class of software, so when the beta was prepared, documentation was
VERY MUCH a major issue and requirement.

Except our end user is not Matilda, unless she's one of the people in
the network operations center.
