Hi Gene,

Good point about the self-employed business write-offs; however, I own more
than one business, so I will still be able to take advantage of a lot of the
write-offs. The only problem I'll have is changing my work schedule...that
won't be as flexible. But, overall, I also agree with Bill...if you're going
to be a manager, it's much easier to be a manager as an employee than as a
contractor.
