That is why I figure I am doing something wrong. :) I would think I should be able to pull out the info from Skyward the same as the student side, but so far I can only pull a report out and then export to excel which is too many extra steps for an auto system. I do the same thing here. I export the csv and then the phone system picks up the list and has it ready to go.
