Wait, you actually have a tech. dept. secretary? Where can I get one of
those? I guess the unit secretary could be considered my tech. dept.
secretary since she occasionally screens calls for me.

We maintain a master directory that is maintained by the tech dept
secretary. She makes any updates to it and sends it out as a Word and PDF
document at least once a year (sometimes again in the spring if there are a
lot of changes). Typically it doesn't change much after the start of the
school year.

How does everyone deal with their staff phone list for calling out?

For students it is easy as there is the student management system that can
handle it. But right now for staff we have the paper copy that is added to
in the offices, but not always put in an electronic format or in a central
location. I really want to build a list for me to put in the phone system.
We use Skyward for the Student side of things, I can't pull staff info out
of the system, or at least not phone numbers, unless I am missing things.

I really hate finding that the system was used and we didn't have staff
phone numbers listed.

Thanks,

Dan
