I screen all of my calls through my school VM too, unless I am expecting a call back from SchoolMaster support, our cafeteria software support, or a vendor I'm working with at the time. Those calls I try to answer and if it's not them then I hang up quickly. Of course, any internal calls show up as the person calling, such as the principal or supt.
