There's several TWC plugins that can help with this model of
multi-document usage.
For simple "inclusion" of tiddlers from a master document, you could try:
http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#LoadTiddlersPlugin
which can be configured to automatically load tiddlers from another TW
document at startup.
For complex multi-document inclusions, SharedTiddlersPlugin is a more
advanced plugin that offers many options:

The latter looks just what I need, but for some reason I can't 'import'
from that site.
I've met this problem a couple of times before and don't know what's wrong.
Is it me or is it something wrong with the way the site is set up?
