You can just copy the SharedTiddlersPlugin (and may be SharedTiddlersPluginInfo) tiddlers' text, add the systemConfig tag to STP and there you go. Or there are some problems with that too?
I'm not aware if bplaced.net allows to enable CORS, and actually I have a little knowledge about setting servers, so currently this seems to be the only way to get the plugin.
