To import directly from a remotely hosted TW document, the site it is 
hosted on must be CORS enabled (see 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-origin_resource_sharing)

If the site is not CORS enabled, then the only way to import is to first 
download the remote TW document into the same directory as your 'target' 
document, and then open the target document and import the downloaded 
document from your local filesystem.  To download the remote document, just 
RIGHT-click on the link to it (e.g., 
http://yakovl.bplaced.net/TW/STP/STP.html) and then choose "save link 
as..." to store it locally.
