Pete, In the US, Galco sells a DDK product that works well. The connector and shell are a DMS3106A18-22S.

I use a DMS3057-10A. http://www.galco.com/buy/DDK/DMS3057-10A It is the same connector as a 5065A though you have to be careful about the wiring. Some of the 5065A's are the same as the 5061A and others are different. Hope this helps.
