It might be useful to mention the possible problems which might be 
encountered by someone adding their ADSL-connected server to the pool.

For instance, I've had issues with a few off the shelf SoHo ADSL routers 
whose builtin firewalls frequently run out of resources during large ntp 
load spikes. This can adversely impact all traffic over the ADSL link 
while your IP is in the DNS, not just ntp traffic.
