Actually, I'd like to cut that down to just one line, and have the system automatically make use of as many servers as reasonable:

                servers pool.ntp.org

 It's more important to spend time on finding more servers to share the
 load than to try to solve the "Internet topology problem". Sorry, just
 my opinion.
