That'd be my vote as well.  It's familiar, flexible, well-supported,
and sufficient.

The overly cute and (in my opinion) unprofessional-looking error
message, though, should be fixed.  I expect end users to one day end
up using this interface to track their own problems, and having them
see something that looks like an attempt at a joke makes them think
the product itself is a joke.  It reflects badly.
