Personally I find titles like that useless. Apple found titles like
this so useless that they removed titles from their UI as part of
creating OS X.

More edge cases, you can load a bug today and click commit next year.
the bug could be updated tomorrow, not "recently".

The second part is wrong. Is it better for me to send attachments
showing the page? I don't really want to send images/html/attachments,
or even spend too much traffic on this mailing list for this issue.

I'm on irc (although I need to go home or eat or something eventually).

I think I'll probably create a couple of attachments to that test bug
demoing behaviors (but not now).
