A few points.
First: to the immediate problem:
http://mxr.landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla/source/template/en/default/global/variables.none.tmpl#51

  51 "zeroSearchResults" => "Zarro Boogs found",

just change the string on this line in your local copy.

Second: I suggest you change display_quips to off, you can view other
installation's quips, here's an example:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/quips.cgi?action=show

you might or might not choose to set quip_list_entry_control to moderated.

Quips are traditionally zany, but it seems that out of the box Sun and
its target audience has no [sense of | tolerance for] humor. (This is
not a judgment, merely a conclusion.)

Currently there are no quips, and I didn't choose to add one, but I'd
rather not have people complain.

FWIW, alanc indicates there are 56 quips in FreeDesktop's Bugzilla
(and that they disabled quips by default, but that you can enable it
for your account).

Third: There's one other expression which might need to be changed.
It's "mid-air collision" and exists in two templates (It's probably
best to change them in place, although if you change them, I think
I'll probably use this change as a reason to make it a term).

http://mxr.landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla/search?string=mid-air
/template/en/default/bug/process/header.html.tmpl,
    * line 39 -- [% title = "Mid-air collision!" %]
/template/en/default/bug/process/midair.html.tmpl,
    * line 44 -- <h1>Mid-air collision detected!</h1>

Sun isn't directly (to my knowledge) in the air plane / travel
industry, however there's a tale about such a company which considered
Bugzilla and encountered this message. I only know that they were
understandably unhappy (I do not know if they changed it or picked
another product).

Finally, if someone does change mid-air collision, I'd like to know
what they pick instead (that's the other problem, how else do you
explain what happened to the user). Basically it means that the report
was changed between the time the user loaded the page and the time the
user attempted to commit changes.
