+1 of course . But the wording "disappointed with sound quality" :-/ Lack of EQ is not the same as lack of sound quality ? they are separate things . I never heard the WD TV either , but if that also is relatively low noise low distorsion and flat response ,it should sound *very* similar unless something is broken . OP have read to much audiophile nonsense about day and night differences in source components (sorry they don't exist unless something is broken or EQ'd ) . Small subtle improvements yes . And it also depends on music taste and habit's if one likes EQ or not, and it is a habit and the brain ear system gets used to really quick . Try your system without EQ for 2 weeks to retrain the brain ? B&W speakers are not that shoddy so that they need EQ normally ? is the placement sub optimal , most B&W I've heard are ok never heard any one need of excess EQ . The amp does it have tone controls ,thats the place for them not i the source component ( CD players or DVD player don't have EQ either ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96776 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
