I think I've already asked about this, but I didn't get a reply.

I'm uneasy about the licensing status of OpenOffice. I keep  
encountering references to Sun as the owner of the software,  
especially text like this:

Purchase? I thought OOo was free software – after all, that's why we  
put all this voluntary time and effort into translating it.

Are these obsolete strings, or am I working on non-free software?
