OOo and StarOffice share most of the code. OOo (from 2.0 beta 2) is
licensed as LGPL. When you submit code for OOo, you're required to sign
the JCA (Joint Copyright Assignment) which provides copyright also to
Sun Microsystems, allowing them to do several things, including
releasing a proprietary version of OOo under the StarOffice name.
