It looks like we need the equivalent of the Language Champions for  
the Mailman project: people willing to coordinate files and processes  
for their language or project.

I'm willing to be the Vietnamese coordinator. I don't think I can  
take on being the Gnome or Debian or KDE or TP (etc.) coordinator,  
because I really don't know enough about their l10n procedures.

We could have a page in the Translate Wiki which lists the Language  
Coordinators and Project Coordinators.

Ultimately, effective Project Coordination will be something like the  
current Debian i18n infrastructure-in-embryo, which integrates Pootle  
into the overall structure. Other projects are watching the Debian  
pilot study with considerable interest.
