The last time Youssef Chahibi and I talked about this was back in October 2006, I realize now. We had been making up lists of both technical vocabulary and acronyms.

He pointed me to this link [1], as the latest version of the technical dictionary. However, it now looks like it became unwieldy, at least for translation: since then he's separated it out into different files for each initial letter [2].

Youssef, what is the status of the extended terminology technical dictionary and acronym list projects?

Do you think it realistic to run these resources as part of Pootle?

I'll start working on those alphabetical files for my language, meanwhile.

I have an acronym webpage [3] (with a huge list of additions I haven't had time to add), which I'd very much like to build into Pootle. Youssef was also extracting comprehensive acronym lists from FOLDOC [4].
