No, it's true.  It's been confirmed.   You don't 'get' a special number
to call, but if you find the special numbers, you can use them.
 
Almost everyone at Sprint is just going to tell you to dial *2, of
course.   That doesn't mean you have to.  They even tell that to their
corporate customers.   It's the easiest for the them, keeps their costs
down, filter out the rif-raf, etc.

Nope, I don't believe this is true. I've always been told to call *2.
Now, if you truly know someone who works at Sprint or Nextel, they can
put you in touch with a special support group that's specifically for
this purpose, but not if you get the SERO by just plugging in some
random reps email address on the web site. And as far as complaints,
from what I recall, it was a lot of SERO customers who got the boot as
they were constantly trying to get more or better deals and/or
complaining that they weren't getting billed right...

Are you saying that when they see your cell phone number is a SERO
account
they consider you a business customer? Or do SERO customers get a
different
customer service number to call.

service are rarely from SERO customers.
